Mel has over 40 years of public accounting experience servicing a broad client base of both private and public companies. Mel brings to the firm significant depth in accounting, auditing and taxation, mergers and acquisitions and financial consulting and forensic accounting. Mel is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and New Jersey State Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the Forensic CPA Society. Mel's professional career includes national firm experience and partnership in a regional firm. Mel has taught Federal taxation and auditing at Rutgers University and has been the chairman of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants Committee for Computer Usage and Data Processing and was on the General Committee of Accounting and Auditing. His area of expertise lies in management advisory services, consulting in the areas of computer usage, financial management and planning, divorce mediation, acquisition negotiations, litigation support and tax planning.

 

LAWRENCE B. KLEIN - PRINCIPAL

 

Larry has over 40 years of public accounting experience servicing a broad client base, with a specialty in the apparel industry. Larry brings to the firm significant depth in financial planning and business management (actually interfacing with clients inclusive of consulting on actual operations). As a result of his interaction with clients and their financial institutions, he has been able to solve varied business problems thus assisting his clients in their growth objectives. Larry's professional career included national firm experience. Larry has performed forensic services for clients and financial institutions, as well as testifying in insolvency proceedings.

 

PAUL S. SCHREIBER, CPA/FCPA - SHAREHOLDER

 

Paul has over 30 years of public accounting experience servicing a broad client base of both private and public companies with revenues in excess of $2 billion. Paul brings to the firm significant depth in accounting and auditing, mergers and acquisitions and financial consulting. As a senior audit manager with Deloitte & Touche, Paul has provided both the professionalism clients expect and quality financial institutions require. Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Forensic CPA Society.

 

JOSEPH CALVO, CPA/MBA - SHAREHOLDER

 

Joe has over 30 years of public accounting experience in all areas of taxation on both the corporate and individual books.  Joe is a nationally renowned speaker, presenting continuing education classes to over 100,000 tax professionals over the last 18 years. Joseph is also a prolific author and has published a variety of articles, as well as annually authoring several tax, accounting and technology seminar manuals.
